James Kerr is a mechanical engineer, a super geek and a lifelong martial artist, all of which make him uniquely qualified to “keep the bad guys out.” When he’s not bolstering security for homes and offices, you’ll find him sailing, flying, playing chess, or traveling with his family. Elena Ledoux - COO

Elena Ledoux co-founded Superb Maids, a top-rated house cleaning company in Las Vegas serving over 2,200 clients and completing more than 7,300 cleanings. Within a year of opening, Superb Maids dominated Yelp, Google, and Facebook rankings—and was voted “Best of Las Vegas” by the Review Journal in 2016. Prior to entrepreneurship, Elena worked as a defense attorney in Honolulu and clerked for two civil division judges in Woodbury, NJ. She holds a Master’s in International Economic Relations from Tashkent State Institute (where she attempted to learn Chinese and Arabic) and a Juris Doctor from Widener University in Wilmington, DE. Passionate about helping fellow immigrants navigate assimilation and has written a book “98 Tips for Achieving the American Dream.”
